我曾經在新人西式進場時，聽到這首歌

當時播放時機是在新娘被爸爸牽手走進禮堂的時候播的，

有人說女兒是爸爸上輩子的情人，

所以同樣也是身為女兒的我，

對於這樣的橋段特別有感覺。

當時 在紅毯的定點

當爸爸開始愛的叮嚀時

爸爸哽咽了，

他穩定了自己的情緒，

第ㄧ句話是說

今天播的這首you raise me up 讓我很感動......(當然，前提下爸爸應該要聽的懂英文歌才會這樣講)

也因為這樣，讓我決定把這首歌找出來聽，與大家分享

旋律剛開始是慢板的，中段後有慷慨激昂的感覺，真的很有鼓舞人心的味道。
